The result: tiredness, sleepiness, and no motivation for a night of passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">And what about aphrodisiacs?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Although there is still no conclusive scientific evidence regarding the effectiveness of so-called aphrodisiac foods, Dr. Monta\u00f1o insists that a healthy diet and a positive mental disposition are key to a satisfying sex life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What to eat before an intimate encounter?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead of fast food, the specialist recommends:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fish<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chicken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh fruits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Natural juices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These foods promote circulation, hormone production, and sustained energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion: Fast food from time to time?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, you can\u2026 but in moderation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&quot;Once every two weeks is fine.
